Cetana has been working with organisations to deliver tailored leadership, workforce and community development solutions


Momentum Cloud

Cetana has worked with IT company, Momentum Cloud, to build leadership across the organisation. This has increased the company’s capacity to develop and deliver innovative software solutions through collaborative project management.



Telstra engaged Cetana to develop a national intergenerational learning program to promote and support the use of technology by Indigenous seniors to access people, products and services online. The program brings together young people and seniors to learn with and from each other.


Bega Valley Shire Council

Cetana delivered an education, training and employment workshop at the 2016 Bega Valley Economic Summit. The workshop focused on leadership and collaborative planning to strategically align education and training to maximise future employment opportunities.


NSW Department of Education

Leaders from the NSW Department of Education have worked with Cetana to build organisational capacity and effectiveness. Cetana has delivered leadership and coaching workshops, as well as providing individualised coaching.


Burraga Foundation

Cetana partners with the Burraga Foundation in working alongside Aboriginal communities to support the sharing of Aboriginal cultures and histories, through digital mediums, to enhance the understanding of Aboriginal Australia for all Australians.


Commonwealth Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC)

DPMC and the NSW Police Force are working with Cetana to develop coaching and mentoring programs that support young offenders to develop aspirational goals, whilst promoting greater levels of self-determination and more effective self-regulation.
